n8n cloud pricing in India: the rupee maths
The short answer
n8n Cloud runs from 24 euros to 800 euros a month, about Rs 2,557 to Rs 85,223 at 106.53 rupees to the euro on 14 October 2026.
What n8n Cloud costs, in rupees
n8n publishes its plans in euros. The two anchors are 24 euros a month for 2,500 executions and 800 euros a month at 40,000 executions, with plans in between. Converted at 106.53 rupees to the euro (the ECB reference rate published on 14 October 2026):
| Plan level | Published price | Roughly in rupees | Executions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | 24 EURper month | Rs 2,557per month | 2,500 a month |
| Mid plans | scales between the two | between Rs 2,557 and Rs 85,223 | between 2,500 and 40,000 |
| Top published tier | 800 EURper month | Rs 85,223per month | 40,000 a month |
Those rupee figures are conversions, not prices. n8n bills in euros, so what leaves your account depends on the rate on the day plus whatever your card charges for an international transaction. Treat the rupee column as a planning estimate.
What the same money buys on an Indian VPS
A server that runs n8n comfortably, meaning 2 vCPU and 4GB of RAM, costs roughly Rs 400 to Rs 1,300 a month from Indian hosts and the India regions of the big clouds. The Community Edition carries no licence fee and no execution cap.
So the honest comparison for a low-volume setup is about Rs 500 a month against Rs 2,557. The gap is not a rounding error, it is roughly the cost of a domain, a backup bucket and a year of hosting.
The two costs people forget
First, the foreign exchange markup. Every cloud invoice in euros picks up your bank's markup and any applicable taxes, so the rupee figure on your statement is always a little higher than the converted price.
Second, and bigger: your time. Self-hosting does not remove work, it moves it to you. Updates, failed executions and the occasional migration are yours to handle. Budget two to four hours a month. If your time is worth Rs 1,500 an hour, the cheaper server is no longer cheaper.
When the cloud plan is the right call
When you need managed uptime and nobody on the team wants to own a server, or when the workflow failure at 2am would cost more than the plan. Paying Rs 2,557 to not think about infrastructure is a legitimate business decision, not a waste.
How to choose in one step
Count executions, not seats. If your workflows run hourly, multiply by 720 and you will be past the entry tier in a week. If they run a few times a day, self-hosting is the arithmetic winner until your time gets expensive.

Questions people ask
What does n8n Cloud cost in rupees?
From about Rs 2,557 a month at the published entry price of 24 euros, up to about Rs 85,223 at 800 euros, converted at 106.53 rupees to the euro on 14 October 2026. Bank markup and taxes apply on top.
Is n8n Cloud cheaper than self-hosting in India?
For low volume, no. An Indian VPS at Rs 400 to Rs 1,300 a month with no licence fee beats it. The cloud wins when your maintenance time costs more than the difference.
Which plan fits a small team?
Count executions first. 2,500 a month covers a handful of daily workflows, while hourly syncs will pass 40,000 quickly and push you toward the top tiers.
